TRIPOD DOG GALLERY HAS TWO PAYMENT METHODS:
1. DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT:
Transfer payments from your bank account directly to us. Please contact me so banking details can be forwarded to you.
This is a secure and convenient way to pay if you are reluctant to send credit card details over the internet. It normally takes 24 - 48 hrs to arrive in our account.
Please Email us to inform us of your purchase and deposit.
2. CREDIT CARDS:
For transactions in Australian Dollars, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX (3% surcharge applicable to AMEX payments)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
For all unframed original art, the cost of standard Australian Domestic shipment is included in the final price.
All items will be shipped within 5 working days of receiving clearance of payment of your order. Items to be sent domestically will be sent using Australian Post. For international orders we use Australian Air Express or an equivalent service. Delivery times can vary, but the majority of purchases are received within 12 working days of dispatch. All dispatched will be sent via Tracked postal services.
If an item cannot be supplied at the time of order, we will contact you within 3 working days advising you of the estimated delay. At that time you have the right to cancel your order, request a replacement item, or wait for the original purchase.
GIFT AND SOUVENIR SHOP, TRIPODDOGSHOP AT REDBUBBLE:
When you click to connect with the TripodDogShop, you are transferred to a specific product page associated with an original artwork. This product page is run and controlled by Redbubble.com . Any purchases made at TripodDogShop at Redbubble are subject to the terms and conditions, and returns or exchanges policies of Redbubble.com .
Tripod Dog Gallery has no formal affiliations with Redbubble.com . However artists featured at Tripod Dog Gallery may enter into individual licencing agreement with Redbubble.com to have their artworks reproduced into gift or souvenir merchandise. Artist receive a commission from the sale of merchandise in a private agreement between the individual artist and Redbubble.com . Tripod Dog Gallery receives a small payments or commissions from the sale of merchandise at Redbubble.com .
The purpose of TripodDogShop at Redbubble is to offer collectors a variety of options for purchasing art by artists and to help Tripod Dog Gallery featured artists gain extra income beyond the sale of original art.
RETURNS POLICIES:
We (Tripod Dog Gallery) want to make purchasing original art as easy and worry free as possible.
If you purchase original art from Tripod Dog Gallery, and for whatever reason choose that it is not the correct art for you, please contact us within 14 days for a refund. Upon safe and undamaged return of the original art will refund the purchase price less the costs of tracked return postage.
In the very unlikely event art is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please do note, any items purchased from the Gift and Souvenir Shop, TripodDogShop at Redbubble is manufactured and delivered by Redbubble.com and therefore subject to Redbubble’s returns and exchange policies.
COMMISSIONS:
Paintings may be commissioned and attract a 30% fee (ie. a painting of the size catalogued at $10,000, would be $13,000). As the collector, you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate your favourite themes, classical artists and models. The final concept is arrived at through a process of negotiation between the collector and the artist. The proposed concept must be of relevance to the artist's work, and he reserves the right to decline a proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on the commission's commencement, and the balance due on completion after we have forwarded you an image of the painting by email.

Tripod Dog Gallery is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service. This includes protecting your "privacy". We appreciate the importance of protecting your personal information and recognise the trust placed in us when you supply your personal information to us.
We collect information from you, without limitation, from exhibition guest books, our website, over the telephone or person to person.
