Carrickalinga 35 Degree South bt 138 Degrees East, by Leith Semmens
Taking inspiration from traditional Japanese abstraction and map making cartography, this image is an exploration of the the emerging impact of climate change and coastal degridation upon inter-tidal zones of Carrickalinga Beach.
The inter-tidal zones of Carrickalinga Beach appear to have suffered some damage already, even before the extremes of climate change take hold.
Made from thousands of tiny circles, like grains of sand, this image is best framed and stored behind UV protected glass.
This drawing is delivered unframed, however framing can be added at additional cost.
Images may appear a little different in real life from photo references due to website file compression.
